Drink plenty of water. It is important in providing your body with moisture, keeping your organs well hydrated and in good health. Water helps the body rid itself of toxins.

Do not smoke! It has long been known that toxins and chemicals in ciggarettes and tobacco degrade the skins overall complexion.

Watch your diet. What you put inside your body reflects what you look like on the outside. Watch caffeine and alcohol intake.

Get enough sleep. The skin always looks better after a good nights rest. Late nights make the skin appear pasty, puffy and you end up with dark circles under your eyes.

Exercise helps the complexion. It gets the blood flowing to the skin and helps the body remove the toxins that have accumulated.

Exfoliate the skin. to remove complexion dulling older skin cells and impurities. Using abrasive exfoliants can actually do more harm than good to your skin.
